அமெரிக்கஜனாதிபதியும், இந்தியஜனாதிபதியும்: அமெரிக்க ஜனாதிபதி, ஒவ்வொரு நாளும், ஏன் குறிபிட்ட நேரத்தில் ஒரே நாளில் பலமுறை கக்களிடம் பேசிக் கொண்டிருந்தார். நாட்டுப்பற்றை ஊக்குவித்து அமெரிக்கர்கள் எல்லோரும் தீவிரவாதத்தை ஒடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார். அதனால் தான் தீவிரவாதிகளைப் பிடித்தபோது (ஒருவன் கொல்லப்பட்டான், ஒருவன் பிடிபட்டான்) மக்கள் அந்த அளவிற்கு மகிழ்சியோடு ஆர்பரித்தனர். ஆனால், இந்திய ஜனாதிபதி பெங்களூரில் குண்டு வெடித்தபோது, பிரணப் முகர்ஜி என்ன செய்து கொண்டிருந்தார் என்று தெரியவில்லை. 17-04-2013ல் அவரது ராஜிய வெசைட்டில் ஒன்றையும் காணோம்[1]. சரி, ஜனாதிபதிதான் இப்படி என்றல், பிரதம மந்திரி என்ன செய்து கொண்டிருந்தார் என்று பார்த்தால், 16-04-2013 அன்று பாஸ்டன் குண்டு வெடிப்பைக் கண்டிக்கிறார்[2]:

ஆனல் பெங்களூர் வெடிகுண்டு வெடிப்பைப் பற்றி மூச்சுக்கூட விடக் காணோம். மேலும் இவையெல்லாம் சுருக்கம் தானாம், அப்படியென்றால், முமையாக எவ்வளவு எழுதி ஒப்பாறி வைத்தார் என்று தெரியவில்லை.
இதை ஊடகங்களும் எடுத்துக் காட்டவில்லை. ஒரேயொரு ஊடகம் தான் எடுத்துக் காட்டியிருக்கிறது[6]. இப்படி ஒரு ஜனாதிபதி / பிரதம மந்திரி இந்நாட்டிற்குத் தேவையா என்று மக்கள் நினைப்பதாகத் தெரியவில்லை. கொஞ்சமும் சுயபுத்தியில்லாத, சுரணையில்லாத, மரத்துப் போன கட்டையும் விட கேவலமான ஒரு மனிதர் போல இப்படி இருப்பது ஏன்? மன்மோஹன் சிங் சாதாரணமான ஆள் அல்ல, மிக்கப் படித்தவர், பெரிய மேதை, அதிகமான அறிவு கொண்டவர். ஆனால், இப்படியிருப்பதற்கு காரணம் அவரே ஒப்புக் கொண்டு சோனியாவிற்கு அடிவருடும் அடிமையாக, தலையாட்டும் கைப்பாவையாக, வாலோட்டும் நாயாக இருக்கிறர் என்பதுதான் உண்மை.
வருங்காலபிரதமமந்திரிராஹுல்என்னசெய்துகொண்டிருந்தார்?: முன்பு 26/11 போது, ராஹுலிடம் கருத்துக் கேட்க ஊடகங்கள் முயன்ற போது, அவரைக் காணவில்லை. ஏதோ ஒரு பார்ட்டியில் இருந்ததாகச் சொல்லப் பட்டது. ஊடகங்களில் சில செய்திகளும் அவ்வாறே வந்தன. பிறகு அடுத்த நாளில், பாராளுமன்றத்தில் வந்து உளறிக் கொட்டினார்.இப்பொழுதும், அதே வேலையில் தான் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். மேலாக கொஞ்சம் கூட வெட்கம் இல்லாமல், 26/11ற்காக ராஹுல் பிரமாதமாக வேலை செய்தார், வெட்டினார், பிரட்டினார் என்று உளறியிருக்கிறது மிலிந்த் தியோரா[7] என்ற சிங்கக்குட்டி[8]. ராஹுல் கர்நாடகத்தில் இருந்தாலும், பிஜேபி கர்நாடகத்தை ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளில் கொள்ளையடித்தது என்று பேசியுள்ளார்[9]. அதனால், சந்தோஷமாகத்தான் இருக்கிறார் என்று தெரிகிறது. அதனால், இப்படியொரு குண்டைப் போட்டிருக்கிறார். இதைவிட கேவலம் என்னவென்றால், சைனா எல்லைகளில் ஊடுருவியுள்ள நேரத்தில் அதைப்பற்றிக் கூட கவலைப்படாமல், சைனாவையும் பிஜேபியையும் இணைத்து பேசியது அசிங்கமாகவே உள்ளது[10]. லாயக்கற்ற இவர் தனது பேடித்தனத்தை மறைக்க இப்படி பேசியிருப்பது நன்றாகவே தெரிகிறது.
எப்.பி.ஐ.யும், சி.பி.ஐயும்: அமெரிக்காவில் எப்.பி.ஐ இந்தியாவில் சி.பி.ஐ என்றுள்ளன. பாஸ்டன் குண்டுவெடிப்பின் விவரங்களை மணிக்கு-மணிக்கு தனது இணைத்தளத்தில் விவரங்களைக் கொடுத்து வந்தது, இன்னும், கொடுத்து வருகின்றது. ஆனால், சி.பி.ஐ.யின் இணைத்தளத்தைப் பார்த்தால் தமாஷாக இருக்கிறது. ஊடகங்களில் வரும் செய்திகளுக்கு மறுப்புச் சொல்லிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. அதே ஜனாதிபதி / பிரதம மந்திரி பங்குக் கொண்ட நிகழ்சிகளைப் பற்றி விவரிக்கும் வரைவுகள், புகைப்படங்கள் உள்ளன. ஆனால், பெங்களூரு குண்டுவெடிப்புப் பற்றி ஒன்றையும் காணோம். தனக்கு அந்த வேலைக் கொடுக்கவில்லை எனலாம். ஆனால், கொடுத்தாலும், சோனியா சொன்னால் தான் செய்வேன் என்ருதானே இருக்கும். எப்.பி.ஐ மாதிரி ஒரே வாரத்தில் எதையாவது கண்டு பிடித்து, நீதிமன்றத்தில் குற்றப்பத்திரிக்கையோடு நிறுத்தியிருக்கிறார்களா?
மத்தியஅரசும், மாநிலஅரசுகளும்: அடுத்தது, இதெல்லாம் மாநில அரசுகளின் பிரச்சினை அவர்கள் தான் பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும், என்று மத்திய அரசு கூறித் தப்பித்துக் கொள்ளும் அதற்கு, காங்கிரஸ் செய்தி தொடர்பாளர்கள் என்று வரிசையாக இருந்து கொண்டு பதில் சொல்ல தயாக உள்ளார்கள். இல்லை, தேசிய புலனாய்வுக் கழகம் உள்ளது, அது பார்த்துக் கொள்ளும் என்று விளக்கம் அளிக்கும். மாநில அரசோ, மட் ஹ்திய அரசு உதவுவதில்லை என்று குற்றஞ்சாட்டும். இங்கோ, கேட்கவே வேண்டாம், பிஜேபி ஆட்சிய்ல் இருப்பதால், ஒருவேளை காங்கிரஸுக்கு சந்தோஷமாக கூட இருக்கும் போலிருக்கிறது. அதனால்தான், ஜனாதிபதி / பிரதம மந்திரி அப்படி ஊமைக் கோட்டான்களாக, குருடர்களாக, செவிடர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள் என்றால், அவர்களது மந்திரிகள், மற்ற கட்சிக்காரர்கள் மோசமாக உளறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
மத்தியஉள்துறைஅமைச்சர்மாநிலஅரசுகளைகுறைகூறுகிறார்: இவ்விஷயத்தில் மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அப்படித்தான் நடந்து கொள்கிறர், பேசுகிறார். 21-04-20132 அன்று லோக் சபாவில் பேசும்போது, அம்மோனியன் நைட்ரேட்டின் உபயோகத்தைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துவதில் மாநில அரசுகள் தாம் தங்களது அதிகாரிகளை கவனமாகப் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளச் செய்ய வேண்டும்[11]. அப்பொழுதுதான், அதன் துஷ்பிரயோகத்தைத் தடுக்க முடியும்[12]. இதில் வேடிக்கையென்னவென்றல், அத்தகைய கட்டுப்பாடு சட்டமே 2012ல் தான் உன்டாக்கியிருக்கிறார்கள். அதனால், அதற்கு முன்பான சட்டமீறல்கள் தப்பித்துக் கொள்ளும். இப்ப்டி சட்ட்டங்களே தீவிரவாதிகளுக்கு உதவும் வண்ணம் அமூலாக்கும் போதும், மத்திய அரசு பாதுபகாப்பு இயக்கங்களை, முறைகளை அரசியல்ரீதியிலாக ஆளும் கட்சி, அதாவது காங்கிரஸுக்கு சாதகமாக உபயோகப்படுத்தும் போது, தேசிய பாதுகாப்பே கேள்விக் குறியாகிறது. இவரே அத்தகைய துஷ்பிரயோகத்தைச் செய்து வரும்போது, மாநில அரசுகளை குறைகூறுவது வியப்பாக இருக்கிறது. இதுதான் இந்தியாவின் – இந்திய ஆட்சியாளர்களின் – காங்கிரஸ்காரர்களின் லட்சணமாக இருக்கிறது.
சோனியாஏன்காங்கிரஸ்கரர்களைபொம்மைகளாகவைத்திருக்கிறார்?: காங்கிரஸ் ஆட்சியாளர்களுக்கு பதவி மற்றும் தனிநபர் என்று பிரித்துப் பார்த்து முறையோடு இருக்க தெரியவில்லை என்று தெரிகிறது. மன்மோஹன் சிங் ஒரு தனி நபர், இந்தியர். அந்த முறையில் ஒரு இந்தியனுக்கு இருக்க வேண்டிய உணர்வுகள் இருக்க வேண்டும். அவர் பிரதம மந்திரி எனும் போது, அவரது கடமைகள் அதிகமாகின்றன. ஆனால், சோனியாவிற்கு அடங்கி நடப்பதால், ஒரு பிரயோஜனமும் இல்லாத பிரதம மந்திரியாக இருக்கிறார். சரி, தனி நபராக எப்பொழுதுவாது செய்ல்படுகிறாரா, செயல்பட்டிருக்கிறாரா என்றால் இல்லை. அப்படியென்றால், சோனியா அவரை அந்த அளவிற்கு ஆட்டிப்படைப்பது எவ்வாறு, எப்படி. இதேபோலத்தான் மற்றவர்களும் இருக்கிறார்கள்.
