முசபர்நகர் கலவரம் – பெண்களை மானபங்கம் செய்தல், அரசியல் கூட்டு சதி, ஊடகங்களின் மறைப்பு முறை (6)
10-09-2013 (செவ்வாய்): மாநிலத்தில் நடந்த கலவரத்திற்கு, காங்கிரஸ் கூட்டணி பிரதமர் மன்மோஹன் சிங், பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு நிவாரண நிதி – இறந்தவர்களுக்கு ரூ. 3 லட்சம், காயமடைந்தவர்களுக்கு ரூ 50,000/- என்று அறிவிக்கின்றார். அகிலேஷ் யாதவிடம், என்ன உதவி வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்கிறேன் என்றாராம்[1]. இதை வழக்கமாக செய்யப்படும் காரியம் என்பதா அல்லது காங்கிரஸ்-சமஜ்வாடி கட்சி கூட்டு என்பதா? ஏனெனில், எங்கு கலவரம் நடந்தாலும், இவர் இவ்வாறே செய்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், அவ்வாறு செய்யவில்லை. இங்கும் முக்கியமான முரண்பாடு, உண்மை மறைப்பு, மோசடி வெளிப்படுகிறது. முன்னர் 27-08-2013லிருந்து தெளிவாக என்ன நடந்தது என்று எந்த ஊடகமும் செய்தியை வெளியிடவில்லை. அடித்துக் கொண்டது, இறந்தது யார் என்று கூட விவரங்கள் கொடுக்கப்படவில்லை. யாரோ-யாரையோ அடித்தார்கள், கொன்றார்கள் என்பது போலத்தான் செய்திகளை வெளியிட்டார்கள். இப்பொழுது பணம் எனும் போது, எப்படி பட்டுவாடா செய்வார்கள்? அப்பொழுது எல்லா விவரங்களும் வந்து விடுமா? இல்லை, அதிலும் இந்து-முஸ்லிம் என்று பாரபட்சம் காட்டுவார்களா?
11-9-2013 (புதன்): சோனியா அமெரிக்காவிலிருந்து திரும்புகிறார். சோனியா மற்றும் மன்மோஹன் வெளிநாடு செல்லும் போதெல்லாம் இந்தியாவில் ஏதாவது நடக்கிறது என்பதனை கவனிக்க வேண்டும். மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட கூட்டங்களில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட வீடியோக்களினின்று, கீழ்கண்டவர்கள் தூண்டிவிடும் வகையில் பேசியுள்ளார்கள் என்று ஊடகங்கள் இப்பொழுது எடுத்துக் காட்டுகின்றன.
- காங்கிரஸைச் சேர்ந்த சயீத்-உஸ்-ஜமன் [Saeed-uz-zaman of the Congress],
- பகுஜன் சமாஜ் கட்சியின் காதிர் ரானா மற்றும்
- அதே கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்த ஜமீல் அஹமது [Qader Rana and Jameel Ahmed of the BSP],
- சமாஜ்வாடி கட்சியின் ரஷீத் சித்திகி [Samajwadi Party’s Rashid Siddiqui]
வெள்ளிக்கிழமை தொழுகைக்குப் பிறகு தூண்டிவிட்டு பேசும் போது, போலீஸ்காரர்களும் இருந்திருக்கிறார்கள், கேட்டிருக்கிறார்கள், பேச்சுகளையும் பதிவு செய்திருக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால், எந்த நடவடிக்கையினையும் எடுக்கவில்லை. இதனை ஊடகங்கள் இப்பொழுதுதான் தெரிவிக்கின்றன[2], டிவி-செனல்கள் மூலம் போட்டுக் காட்டுகின்றன. முதலில் “ஹட்லைன்ஸ்-டுடே” இப்படி போட்டதை, மற்றவர்கள் எடுத்தாண்டுள்ளார்கள், “Be it Sadhvi Prachi of the BJP at the mahapanchyat, or BSP MP Qadir Rana, Congress leader Saeed-uz-Zaman, Samajwadi Party’s Rashid Siddiqui and another BSP leader Noor Salim Rana, all were present at the religious gathering spouting venom to inflame passions”[3]. மேலும் சாத்வி பிராசி என்ற பிஜேபி பெண்மணி சனிக்கிழமை பதிலூக்கு பேசியிருந்தாலும், இவர்களுக்கு முன்னால் போட்டு [Sadhvi Prachi of the BJP, BSP MP Qadir Rana, Congress leader Saeed-uz-Zaman, Samajwadi Party’s Rashid Siddiqui, and another BSP leader Noor Salim Rana]செய்தியை வெளியிட்டுள்ளனர்[4] . உள்துறை அமைச்சரும் இப்பொழுது, “இந்த கலவரத்திற்கு பின்னணியில் அரசியல் கட்சிகள் இருக்கின்றன”, என்கிறார்[5]. முன்னர் ஹுகும் சிங் என்ற பிஜேபியிடம் ஊடகங்கள் தாங்கள் தூண்டி விட்டது போல பேசினீர்களே என்றெல்லாம் கேட்டு பேட்டி எடுத்தனர். அவர் மறுத்தாலும், அதனை திரும்ப-திரும்பப் போட்டுக் காட்டினார்கள். ஆனால், இவர்களைப் பற்றி மூச்சுக்கூட விடவில்லை. ஏனெனில், அவர்கள் எல்லோருமே முஸ்லிம்கள்! முதலில் அகிலேஷை ஆதரித்த காங்கிரஸ், இப்பொழுது பதவி விலக வேண்டும் என்கின்றது. அதேபோல, முஸ்லிம்களும் சொல்கின்றனர்.
மொஹம்மதுஆஸம்கான்காணாமல்போய்விட்டாராம்!: மொஹம்மது ஆஸம் கான் என்ற முஸ்லிம் மந்திரியோ, திடீரென்று புதன்கிழமை காணாமல் போய்விட்டாராம். “தி ஹிந்து, இப்படி கவலையுடன் தலைப்பிட்டு செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளது[6]. அவரது வீட்டிற்கு தொடர்பு கொண்டு விசாரித்தபோது, வைரல் ஜுரத்துடன் இருக்கிறார் என்றார்களாம். செவ்வாய்கிழமை அகிலேஷ் ஹஜ் இல்லத்திற்கு வந்தபோது காணாமல் இருந்தாலும், பிறகு திடீரென்று மதியம் தோன்றினாராம்[7]. முசபர்நகர் விசயத்தை கையாண்டதில் ஆவ்வர்ருக்குத் திருப்தி இல்லையாம்! இதில் வேடிக்கை என்னவென்றால், அந்த மாவட்டமே, இவரது பொறுப்பில் தான் வருகிறது. இவருக்குத் தெரியாமல் எதுவும் நடக்காது. போதாகுறைக்கு, மாநிலத்தில் முஸ்லிம் நலன் விவகாரங்கள் மந்திரியாகவும், அப்பா-மகன் இருவரையுமே ஆட்டிவைக்கும் அளவில் தோரணையுடன் இருந்து வருகிறார்.
எல்லாம் முடிந்த பின் எப்படி காங்கிரஸ் மற்றும் சமஜ்வாடி தலைவர்கள் மட்டும் செல்லமுடிகிறது?: உ.பி. மாநிலம் முசாபர்நகர் மாவட்டத்தில் இரு தரப்பு மோதலில் ஏற்பட்ட கலவரத்தி்ல் இதுவரை 44 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர் என்று அரசுசார்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் உ.பி.யில் ஆளும் சமாஜ்வாதி கட்சித்தலைவர் முலாயம்சிங் யாதவ், கலவரப்பகுதிகளில் விரைவில் சென்று பார்வையிட உள்ளதாக தெரிவித்தார். இதையடுத்து காங். தலைவர் சோனியா, துணைத்தலைவர் ராகுல் ஆகியோரும் முசாபர்நகர் மாவட்டத்தில் கவால் பகுதிக்கு சென்று பார்வையிட்டு, பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினரை சந்தித்து ஆறுதல் கூற உள்ளனர்[8]. ஏன் மற்ற கட்சியினர் இவர்களுக்கு ஆறுதல் சொல்ல முடியாதா? இதற்கிடையே பக்கத்து மாவட்டமான பாக்பாத் பகுதியில் கலவரம் பரவியது. அங்கு செல்ல முயன்றதாக மத்திய அமைச்சர் அஜித்சிங்கை போலீசார் தடுத்துநிறுத்தி திருப்பி அனுப்பினர். பிறகெப்படி முலாயம்சிங் யாதவ், சோனியா, ராகுல் முதலியோர் மட்டும் செல்ல முடியும் அல்லது அனுமதிக்கப் படுவர்? இதற்கு முன்னர் பிஜேபி தலைவர் அனுமதிக்கப் படவில்லை. ஒருவேளை செக்யூலரிஸம் இப்படியும் வேலை செய்யும் போலிருக்கிறது. தேர்தல் நேரத்தில் இவ்வாறு செய்வது கூட பாரபட்சம் தானே?
கற்பழிப்பு, மானபங்க, கொலைகள் முதலியவற்றை மறந்து / மறைத்து அரசியலை அலச ஆரம்பித்துள்ள ஊடகங்கள்: பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஜட் மக்கள் ராணுவம்-போலீஸ் பலம் வைத்து பரிக்ரமா யாத்திரையை தடுக்கும் போது, ஏன் இந்த கலவரத்தை தடுக்கவில்லை என்று கேட்கிறார்கள்[9]. அஜித் சிங்கும் அவர்களது பலம் தனக்குக் கிடைக்காமல் போய்விடுமோ என்று பயப்படுகிறார். சென்ற தேர்தலில் ஏதோ சில இடங்களில் ஜெயித்ததால், காங்கிரஸ் கூட்டணியில் ஒரு அமைச்சராக இருக்கிறார். இப்பொழுது அதுவும் போய்விடுமோ என்று யோசிக்கிறார். ஆசம்கான் மிரட்டுவதால் முல்லாயம் சிங்கும் பயந்திருக்கிறார்[10]. அகிலேஷ் இனி அப்பா மாதிரி முல்லா மௌலானா அகிவிடுவார் என்று வெளிப்படையாக செய்திகள் வருகின்றன[11]. 1990களில் கர்சேவகர்கள் மீது சுட ஆணையிட்டதால், முல்லாயம், முல்லா என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டார். அதேபோல், இவர் முஸ்லிம்களை தாஜா செய்தால் மௌலானா ஆகிவிடுவார்[12].
- ஜட் ஜாதியினர் இதுவரை அகித் சிங்குடன் இருந்தார்கள், இனி பிஜேபியின் பக்கம் சாய்ந்து விடுவார்கள்[13].
- ராஷ்ட்ரீய ஜனதா தளம் மற்றும் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சிகளின் பலம் குறைந்து விடும்.
- ஜட்-மூஸ்லிம் கூட்டு உடைந்து விட்டதால், சமாஜ்வாடி கட்சியின் ஓட்டு சதவீதம் குறையும், இதனால் பிஜேபிக்கு சாதகமாக போகும்[14].
- ஜட்-ஜாதியினர் 6% உபியில் இருந்தாலும் பிஜ்னோர், ஜேபி நகர், முசபர்நகர், மீரட், பாக்பட், கஜியாபாத், ஜிபி.நகர், மதுரா, அலிகர்முதலிய மாவட்டங்களில் வெற்றி வாய்ப்பை ஏற்ப்ச்டுத்தவல்லது. இங்கு சமாஜவாதி கட்சிக்கு ஆதரவு இல்லாததால், முஸ்லிம்களை வைத்துக் கொண்டு சமாளித்து வருகிறது[15].

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today announced Rs. 2 lakh each for the family of those killed and Rs. 50,000 each for the seriously injured in the clashes in Muzaffarnagar.The compensation was sanctioned from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund, the PMO said in a statement. “Prime Minister has expressed his deep anguish over the loss of lives in the recent clashes in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh,” it added. Dr Singh yesterday condemned the violence and assured Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav of all required help from the Centre in dealing with the situation. The Prime Minister gave the assurance while speaking to Mr Yadav about the steps being taken to restore peace in the areas which have witnessed violence. Muzaffarnagar has been in the grip of violence for last few days and Army has been called in to assist the civil administration.
[2] With an audience of about 2,000 people, most of them Muslims, local leaders from the Congress and Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party or BSP took the stage. When asked why they didn’t intervene to have the meeting cancelled, local officials claimed they had been misled. Kaushal Raj, the District Magistrate of Muzaffarnagar, said that religious leaders had said the meeting would focus on collecting a petition demanding justice in the Kawal case, but that the gathering was then hijacked by the politicians – Qader Rana and Jameel Ahmed of the BSP, and Saeed-uz-zaman of the Congress.

This was the eighth consecutive time that he had not attended Cabinet meeting.
