முசபர்நகர் கலவரம் – பெண்களை மானபங்கம் செய்தல், அரசியல் கூட்டு சதி, ஊடகங்களின் மறைப்பு முறை (7) – ஆசம்கான் ராஜினாமா நாடகம் முதலியன!
முசாபர்நகர் கலவரத்திற்கு பொறுப்பேற்று சமாஜ்வாடி தலைமையிலான மாநில அரசு பதவி விலக வேண்டும் என்று காங்கிரஸ் உள்ளிட்ட எதிர்க்கட்சியினர் அதிரடி கோரிக்கை வைத்தனர். முன்னரே குறிப்பிட்டபடி, இப்பொழுது அரசியல் கணக்குப் பார்க்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டனர். முஸ்லிமளுக்கு உகந்த கட்சி எங்கள் கட்சிதான் என்று தம்பட்டம் அடித்துக் கொள்ள தயாராகி விட்டன. “முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பு கொடுக்கிறோம், சலுகைகளைக் கொடுக்கிறோம், எங்களுக்கு ஓட்டுப் போடுங்கள்”, என்பதுதான், முஸ்லிம்களுடன், வழக்கமாக பேரம் பேசி வரும் போக்காக இருக்கிறது. இந்நிலையில் தான், பிஜேபியும் குல்லா போட்டுக் கொள்ளத் தயாராகிவிட்டதைக் கவனிக்கலாம். இந்நிலையில், அக்கட்சியின் தேசிய செயற்குழு கூட்டம் 11-09-2013 அன்று ஆக்ராவில் நடைபெற்றது. இக்கூட்டத்தினை கட்சியில் இருந்து நீக்கப்பட்ட தேசிய தலைவரான ஆசம் கான் புறக்கணித்தார். அவரை காணவில்லை என்று ஊடகங்கள் கூறின.
மொஹம்மதுஆஸம்கான்காணாமல்போய்விட்டாராம்!: மொஹம்மது ஆஸம் கான் என்ற முஸ்லிம் மந்திரியோ, திடீரென்று புதன்கிழமை காணாமல் போய்விட்டாராம். “தி ஹிந்து, இப்படி கவலையுடன் தலைப்பிட்டு செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளது[1]. அவரது வீட்டிற்கு தொடர்பு கொண்டு விசாரித்தபோது, வைரல் ஜுரத்துடன் இருக்கிறார் என்றார்களாம். செவ்வாய்கிழமை (10-09-2013) அகிலேஷ் ஹஜ் இல்லத்திற்கு வந்தபோது காணாமல் இருந்தாலும், பிறகு திடீரென்று மதியம் தோன்றினாராம்[2]. இருவரும் குல்லாவுடன் கனகச்சிதமாக காட்சியளித்தார்கள். முசபர்நகர் விசயத்தை கையாண்டதில் அவருக்குத் திருப்தி இல்லையாம்! இதில் வேடிக்கை என்னவென்றால், அந்த மாவட்டமே, இவரது பொறுப்பில் தான் வருகிறது, ஆகவே ஆகஸ்ட் 27லிருந்தே அங்கு என்ன நடந்து வந்தது என்பது அவருக்கு நன்றகவே தெரிந்திருந்தது. போதாகுறைக்கு, மாநிலத்தில் முஸ்லிம் நலன் விவகாரங்கள் மந்திரியாகவும், அப்பா-மகன் இருவரையுமே ஆட்டிவைக்கும் அளவில் தோரணையுடன் இருந்து வருகிறார்.
ஆசம் கான் ராஜினாமா செய்யலாம், கூறுவது ராம்கோபால்யாதவ்: வன்முறை பாதித்த முசாபர்நகர் பகுதிக்கு பொறுப்பாளராக உள்ள அவர் மாநிலத்தில் வன்முறையை கட்டுப்படுத்த உத்தர பிரதேச அரசு தவறி விட்டது என வெளிப்படையாகவே குற்றம் சாட்டியுள்ளார். பதிலுக்கு, இதனால் ராம்கோபால் யாதவ், சமஜ்வாடி கட்சியின் தேசிய பொது செயலாளர் ராஜினாமா செய்யும்படி கூறினார்[3]. அடுத்த நாள் 12-09-2013 அன்று “பொதுக்குழு கூட்டத்திற்கு வராமல் இருப்பதினால் ஒருவரது நிலை உயர்ந்துவிடப் போவதில்லை. இதனால் கட்சியின் மீது எந்த பாதிப்பும் ஏற்படப் போவதில்லை. கட்சியில் பதவியை வைத்திருந்தால் கூடத்திற்கு வரவேண்டும். இல்லையென்றால் ராஜினாமா செய்யவேண்டும். மற்ற எல்லா முக்கிய தலைவர்களும் அவர் வராமல் இருந்ததை கண்டு கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்”, என்றார்[4]. நரேஷ் அகர்வால் என்ற இன்னொரு தேசிய பொது செயலாளர், “கட்சியைவிட யாரும் பெரியவர் கிடையாது. ஆசம்கானின் மீது ஒழுங்குமுறை நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டுமா என்பது பற்றி தலைவர் தாம் தீர்மானிக்க வேண்டும்”, என்றார்[5]. ஆனால், முல்லாயம் இதனை பெரிது படுத்த விரும்பவில்லை என்று தெரிகிறது[6]. அப்பன் – மகன் மற்றும் ஆசம் கான் உறவுகளில் அப்படி என்னத்தான் இருக்கிறதோ என்ரு தெரியவில்லை.
ஆசம்கான் சமஜ்வாடிக் கட்சியின் முஸ்லிம் முகம் மட்டுமல்ல, அடிப்படைவாதியும் கூட(2009 நிகழ்சிகள்): ஆசம்கான் ராம்பூரில் பிறந்தவர். மனைவியின் பெயர் தஸின் பாத்திமா. 2009ல் ஜெயபிரதா சமஜ்வாடிக் கட்சி சார்பில் ராம்பூரில் தேர்தலில் போட்டியிட்டபோது, இவர் சேற்றை வாரி இறைத்தார். ஜெயபிரதா இந்து என்பதினால் ராம்பூரு தொகுதியில் நிற்கக்கூடாது என்று பிரச்சாரம் செய்தார், கடுமையான எதிர்ப்பையும் வெளிப்படையாகவே தெரிவித்தார். ஏனெனில் நூர் பானு என்ற முஸ்லிம் அங்கு எதிர்கட்சி சார்பில் நிறுத்தப் பட்டார். அதனால், அவருக்கு சார்பாக பிரச்சாரம் செய்தார்[7]. ஜெயபிரதா ஒப்புக் கொள்ளாததால், எப்படியாவது வீழ்த்தவேண்டும் என்று திட்டமிட்டதாக தெரியவந்தது. ஜெயபிரதாவைப் பற்றி ஆபாச சிடிக்களை தயாரித்து சுற்றுக்கு விட்டார்[8]. ஜெயபிரதா இதைப் பற்றி வெளிப்படையாகவே புகார் செய்தார்[9]. “ஆசம்கான் மற்றும் அவருடைய ஆதரவாளர்கள் என்னுடைய மதிப்பை குறைக்கும் வகையில் போஸ்டர்களையும், சிடியையும் வெளியிட்டுள்ளார். அச்செயல் பெண்களையே தூஷிப்பது போன்றதாகும்”, என்ரும் தெரிவித்தார்[10]. இவ்வாறு தான் ஒரு முஸ்லிம்தான் என்று காட்டிக் கொண்டார், அதாவது, அடிப்படைவாத முஸ்லிம், தன்னை யாரும் கேட்கக் கூடாது, தான் சொல்லியபடிதான், மற்றவர்கள் நடக்க வேண்டும் என்ற அளவில் இருந்தார். ஆனல், அப்பொழுது அனமர்சிங் என்ற தலைவர் ஜெயபிரதாவிற்கு ஆதரவாக இருந்தார். ஆசம் கான் இவரையும் ஜெயபிரதாவையும் இணைத்துப் பேசினார். இதனால், நிலைமை இன்னும் மோசமானது. ஏப்ரல் 2009ல் முலாயம் இருவருரிடையே சமாதானம் செய்யப் பார்த்தார், ஆனால், முடியவில்லை[11]. இப்படி பெண்ணை அவமானப் படுத்தியபோது, எந்ட பெண்ணும் கண்டு கொள்ளவில்லை, போலிவுட் நடிகைகள் ஆதரவாக டுவிட்டரில் கருத்துகளை பதிவு செய்யவில்லை! பெண்ணிய வீராங்கனைகள் தூங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள் என்றாகிறது.
கட்சியிலிருந்துஆறாண்டுவிலக்கிவைக்கப்பட்டது, ஆனால், உடனேசேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது (2009-2010): சமாஜ் கட்சி உட்பூசல் மற்றும் அமர்சிங்-ஜெயபிரதா எதிர்ப்பு, கட்சிக்கு எதிராக வேலை செய்தல் என்று பல பிரச்சினைகள் தனக்கு எதிரக திரும்பியதால், 17-05-2009 அன்று அக்கட்சியின் பொது காரியதரிசி பதவிலிருந்து விலக நேர்ந்தது. முலாயம் சிங் வேறு வழியில்லாமல் 24-09-2009 அன்று கட்சியிலிருந்து ஆறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு நீக்கம் செய்ய ஊதரவிட்டார். ஆனால், 04-12-2010 அன்று மறுபடியும் கட்சியில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டார். முன்னர் ஆசம் கான், “டிசம்பர் 10 அன்று மௌலானா முகமது அலி ஜின்னா பிறந்த நாள் வருகிறது. அதற்கு முன்னர் கட்சியில் சேர்ந்து விடுவேன்”, என்று வெளிப்டையாகத் தெரிவித்தார்[12]. ஆக, நல்லநாள் பார்த்து தான் மறுபடியும் உள்ளே நுழைந்தார். முலாயம் சிங்கை மிரட்டியே கட்சியில் முக்கியத்துவத்தை அடைந்தார். இதற்குள் அமர்சிங் பலகாரியங்களில் ஈடுபட்டதால், 06-01-2010 அன்று சமஜ்வாடி கட்சியிலிருந்து ராஜினாமா செய்தார். அமர்சிங்கும் செக்யூலரிஸ ரீதியில் பிஜேபிக்கு எதிராக காரியங்கள் செய்து மாட்டிக் கொண்டுள்ளார். அமர்சிங்-ஆசம்கான் சண்டை ஜனவரி 2012லும் தொடர்ந்தது[13], அமசிங் பற்றி வழக்கம் போல மிகக்கடுமையாக விமர்சித்தார்[14]. இப்பொழுதோ, அமர்சிங், “ஆசம்கானை கட்சியிலிருந்து நீக்கினால், முஸ்லிம்கள் எதிராகப் போய் விடுவார்கள், ஆகையால் முலாயமுக்கு அந்த அளவிற்கு தைரியம் இருக்கிறாதா”, என்று கமன்ட் அடித்துள்ளார்[15].

On Tuesday, Mr. Khan did not attend the Cabinet meeting presided over by the Chief Minister, but later in the day made a surprise inspection of the Haj House. This was the eighth consecutive time that he had not attended Cabinet meeting.
