முசபர்நகர் கலவரம் – பெண்களை மானபங்கம் செய்தல், அரசியல் கூட்டு சதி, ஊடகங்களின் மறைப்பு முறை (8) – ஆசம்கான் பெண்களுக்கு எதிராக ஏன் நடந்து கொண்டுள்ளார்?
அமர்சிங் வெளியேற்றம், ஆசம்கான்மறுநுழைவு: அமர்சிங் பிஎஜேபி எம்.பிக்கள் விசயத்தில் அதிகமாகவே வேலை செய்து, அதாவது, பணம் கொடுத்து மாட்டிக் கொண்டு, சிறையிலும் இருந்துள்ளார். போதாகுறைக்கு அக்காலத்தில் தான், ஆசம்கானுடன் தகராறு ஏற்பட்டது. ஒருவேளை, இருவரும் கட்சிக்காக யார் அதிகமாக உழைக்கிறார் என்று காட்டிக் கொள்ள அத்தகைய காரியங்களை செய்திருக்கலாம். ஆனால், அமர்சிங் விவகாரம் பிஜேபி எம்.பிக்களுக்கு லஞ்சம் என்ற விதத்தில் பெரிதாகி விட்டது. காங்கிரசுக்கு தொடர்பு என்று கூட விவகாரங்கள் இருந்தன. போதாகுறைக்கு பாட்லா தீவிரவாத பிரச்சினையிலும் சிக்கிக் கொண்டார்[1]. இதனால், 06-01-2010 அன்று அமர்சிங் சமஜ்வாடி கட்சியிலிருந்து ராஜினாமா செய்ய வேண்டியதாயிற்று. 02-02-2010 அன்று கட்சியிலிருந்தும் முல்லாயம் சிங்கால் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டார். ஆனால், முன்னர் 04-12-2010 அன்று மறுபடியும் ஆசம்கான் கட்சியில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டார். இதனால், எல்லாமே, சேர்ந்து நடத்திய நாடகமா அல்லது அமர்சிங்கை வெளியேற்ற மேற்கொண்ட முயற்சிகளா இல்லை பிஜேபியின் பலம் குறைக்க மேற்கொண்ட வழிகளா என்று அரசியல் ரீதியில் ஆராய வேண்டியுள்ளது.
ராஜினாமாமிரட்டல்இவருக்குசாதாரணவிசயம்தான் (2012): 25-07-2012 அன்று தனக்கு மீரட் மாகாணத்தின் பொறுப்பிலிருந்து நீக்கப்பட்டதற்கு எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்து ராஜினாமா செய்வதாக மிரட்டினார். அதாவது, மீரட் மிகவும் மதசார்புள்ள, கலவரங்கள் நடக்கும் இடமாகும். முஸ்லிம்கள் மற்றும் இந்துக்கள் இவர்களைப் பிரித்து வைத்துதான் அரசியல் செய்ய முடியும். ஆகவே, தன்னுடைய அதிகாரம் குறைந்து விடுமே என்று ஆத்திரப்பட்டதில், ஆச்சரியமில்லை (இன்றும் கலவரப் பகுதிகளில் மீரட் உள்ளதை கவனிக்கலாம்). முஸ்லிமாக இருந்தாலும், வேண்டுமென்றே முல்லாயம் சிங், இவரை கும்ப மேளா கமிட்டிக்கு சேர்மேனாக நியமித்தார். ஏதோ உபியில் இவரைவிட சிறந்த இந்துவே கிடைக்காத மாதிரி, ஒரு அடிப்படைவாத முஸ்லிம் நியமிக்கப்பட்டது வினோதமே. ஆனால், அந்நேரத்தில் யாரும் எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்ததாக தெரியவில்லை. ஆனால், அல்லாஹாபாத் ரெயில் நிலையத்தில் நடந்த நெரிசலில் 40ற்கும் மேற்பட்டவர் இறந்தனர் மற்றும் நூற்றுக்கணக்காணவர் காயமடைந்தனர். அப்பொழுது தான், தான் அதற்கு பொறுப்பில்லை, ரெயில்வே தான் காரணம் என்றெல்லாம் திமிராகப் பேசினார். அந்நிலையில், மத்திய-மாநில அரசுகளுக்கிடையே பிரச்சினை வரும் போலிருந்தது. இதனால், 11-02-2011 அன்று அதற்கு பொறுப்பேற்று ராஜினாமா செய்தார். முல்லாயம் விடவில்லை, ஆமாம், ராஜினாமை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை, அவர் நிர்வாகத்தைப் போற்றிப் பாராட்டினார். ஒரு முஸ்லிம் நிர்வாகம் செய்ததில் 40 இந்துக்கள் இறக்க நேர்ந்தது என்று யாரும் விமர்சனம் செய்யவில்லை. போதாகுறைக்கு, ஹார்வார்ட் பல்கலைக் கழகம், இவர் எவ்வாறு கும்ப மேளாவை நிர்வகித்து நடத்தினார் என்று பேசுவதற்காக அழைத்ததாம்!
பாஸ்டன் விமான நிலையத்தில் தகராறு செய்தது (ஏப்ரல், 2013): ஹார்வார்ட் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இவருக்கு அழைப்பு வந்ததால், கும்ப மேளா நிர்வகிப்புப் பற்றி பேசச் சென்றார். ஆனால், பாஸ்டன் விமான நிலையத்தில் சுமார் 10 நிமிடங்கள் நிறுத்திவைக்கப் பட்டு விசாரணை மேற்கொள்ளப் பட்டுள்லது. இவரது கட்சி சமாஜ்வாடி பார்டி மற்றும் அதற்குண்டான தொடர்புகள் பற்றி விசாரணை நடத்தப் பட்டது. அல்-குவைதா மற்றும் டி-கம்பெனிகளினின்று அக்கட்சிக்கு பணம் வருவது, மற்றும் இதர தொடர்புகள் பற்றி அமெரிக்க சுங்கம் மற்றும் எல்லை பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரி, தனியாக அழைத்துச் சென்று விசாரணை செய்தார்[2]. ஆசம்கான் பெண்கள் விசயத்தில் விரோதமாக நடந்து கொண்டது ஏன்?: ஆசம்கான் பொதுவாக பெண்களுக்கு எதிராக, குறிப்பாக முஸ்லிம்-அல்லாத பெண்களிடம் கடுமையாக நடந்து கொண்டுள்ளதாகத் தெரிகிறது. அவர் அப்படி ஏன் நடந்து கொண்டார், அவரது பிரசினை என்ன என்பதை யாரும் ஆராயமல் இருப்பது ஆச்சரியமாக இருக்கிறது. கீழ்கண்ட பெண்கள் விசயத்தில், இவர் நடந்து கொண்ட முறை, மிகவும் மோசமாக இருந்துள்ளது:
- ஜெயபிரதா (2009)
- அமெரிக்க சுங்கம் மற்றும் எல்லை பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரி (2013)
- துர்கா சக்தி நாக்பால் என்ற ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரி (2013)

Later, Samajwadi Party expelled the six MPs for defying the party directive during the confidence motion voting. He also courted controversy by asking for a probe in the Jamia Nagar batla house encounter case. First he gave 10 Lakh rupees cheque to the family of Mohan Chand Sharma, a police officer who died in the encounter, which bounced when checked its validity. Later he asked for a judicial enquiry into the firing incidence suggesting that the encounter may have been fake. Mohan Chand Sharma‘s family criticized him and returned his money. Amar Singh has been chargesheeted for offering bribes to three parliament members of the Bharathiya Janata Party in 2008 under the Prevention of Corruption Act by the Delhi Police on 24 August 2011. Amar Singh has pleaded health grounds for not appearing before the courts where the chargesheet was being heard. However, distressed by adverse media reports, Mr. Singh has appeared before the courts to dispel allegations that he is running away from a process of law. After hearing his personal pleas the Court has sent Mr. Amar Singh to judicial custody till September 19, 2011, in Delhi’s Tihar jail. A. Singh had filed a petition in 2006 after some of his telephone conversations were illegally tapped and were in circulation. The leader had moved the apex court and got a restraint order against their publication in the media. In May 2011, the Supreme Court of India removed the stay on publishing the taped conversations with political leaders and Bollywood stars. In these tapes, Amar Singh can be heard discussing bribes and bending government policies to suit vested interests. On September 6, 2011, Amar Singh was arrested for his alleged involvement in the scam and was ordered to be remanded in custody until 19 September. He had appealed to the court to exempt him from appearing personally, stating that he was ill with an infection; however, his request was rejected.
